By booking or participating in a session with Uniquely Healing, you acknowledge these terms.
1. Our Services
Uniquely Healing offers complementary wellbeing services, including:
- Kinesiology
- Mind Body Medicine
- Body Psychology approaches
- Coaching and emotional wellbeing support
- Energy-based balancing techniques
- In-person and online consultations
Sessions are tailored to individual needs and may involve conversation, muscle monitoring, emotional awareness, belief exploration, body-based techniques and practical coaching.
Our services are intended to complement your overall wellbeing and personal development.
They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, psychological therapy or other appropriately qualified healthcare services.
2. Booking Appointments
Appointments can be arranged through our online booking system or directly with Uniquely Healing.
When booking, please ensure your contact information is accurate so you can receive relevant appointment details, forms and updates.
Where an intake form is provided, we ask that you complete it before your appointment to help us prepare for your session.
Session durations and fees are outlined at the time of booking.
3. Payments and Fees
Session prices are displayed through our booking system or communicated before your appointment.
Payment arrangements, including any required advance payments, will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Where packages or programs are offered, the applicable pricing, inclusions, payment schedule and additional conditions will be provided separately.
Any changes to our fees will be communicated before they apply to a new booking.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that life happens and occasionally appointments need to change.
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.
If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, please contact us as soon as possible.
We recognise that unexpected illness, emergencies and other circumstances can arise. Late cancellations are considered individually, with compassion and fairness.
A cancellation fee may apply where reasonable and where the applicable fee or method of calculation has been clearly communicated before booking.
Our intention is to balance flexibility for clients with the time reserved specifically for your appointment.
If Uniquely Healing needs to reschedule your session, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a suitable alternative.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
5. Refunds and Service Expectations
Uniquely Healing is committed to providing professional, respectful and individually tailored services.
Our sessions involve complementary wellbeing approaches designed to support self-awareness, personal development and exploration of emotional, physical and behavioural patterns.
Each person responds differently, and individual experiences and outcomes may vary.
Refunds are not provided solely because a client feels a session did not work, did not produce their desired outcome or did not meet their personal expectations of change.
Payment is for the professional time, services and techniques provided, rather than a guaranteed outcome.
Refund requests will be considered individually and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, including where a service fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
6. Nature of Services, Client Participation and Outcomes
Uniquely Healing offers complementary wellbeing services that may include Kinesiology, Mind Body Medicine, Coaching, Body Psychology approaches and energy-based techniques.
These services are designed to support clients in exploring patterns, emotions, beliefs, behaviours and experiences that may be influencing their wellbeing.
Uniquely Healing makes no claims or guarantees to diagnose, treat, fix, heal or cure any medical, psychological or physical condition.
Our services are not a replacement for medical care, psychological treatment or other appropriately qualified healthcare services.
Each session is a collaborative process, and clients are encouraged to participate actively, communicate their needs, ask questions and make their own informed decisions.
Outcomes depend on individual circumstances and vary from person to person. No specific result, improvement or transformation is promised or guaranteed.
Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate medical or psychological advice for any health concerns and to continue prescribed treatment unless advised otherwise by their qualified healthcare provider.v
7. Online Sessions
Online appointments are offered for services suitable for remote delivery.
For the best experience, we recommend choosing a quiet, private space with a reliable internet connection.
Some activities or techniques may be adapted for online delivery.
If technical difficulties interrupt your appointment, we will work with you to find a reasonable solution.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
Your privacy and personal information are treated with care and respect.
Information shared during sessions or through client intake forms is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.
Information may be disclosed where required or authorised by law, where necessary to respond to an immediate safety concern, or with your appropriate consent.
