The Heart and Heart Wall
Have you ever experienced a break up?
With a friend, family member and of course an intimate partner or lover.
Did or do you feel like your heart was broken?
Do you feel as though you have never been able to move on (you may be in a new relationship even)?
Do you feel as though you aren’t able to experience happiness?
Do you say things like “I’m not interested in a relationship” or “I’m going to stay single to work on myself”
Do you find it difficult to connect with others?
Do you feel closed off?
If you said yes to any of the questions above, you may have a heart- wall.
The heart is the core of our being and is considered the most powerful source of electromagnetic energy in the human body, producing the largest rhythmic electromagnetic field of any of the body’s organs. The heart’s electrical field is about 60 times greater in amplitude than the electrical activity generated by the brain.
The heart sends more signals to the brain than the brain to the heart. It is a two-way dialogue and its about 90% from the heart to the brain and 10% brain to the heart. Your brain obeys the messages sent by the heart.
If we are feeling negative emotions such as anger, sadness or fear the neural signals from the heart to the brain become distorted, impacting our ability to focus and learn.
Each organ in our body generates an energy frequency. The electromagnetic field of the heart extends up to 12 feet in diameter around the body. This is the largest of any organ and is the most powerful organ in your body!
The energy of the heart can affect those around us vice versa. When we are within another beings space, in their energy, their thoughts and emotions (positive and negative) can have an impact on us in different ways and will be unconscious.
How the Heart Protects itself
When we experience events that are considered traumatic to us, we can sometime try to put up a wall to protect ourselves. It isn’t real by the conscious and is very real by the subconscious, this shield is created to keep your heart safe from harm, however by creating such a thing (subconscious), this creates feelings of blocks, numbness and can be substituted for inappropriate, extreme, harmful and/or pleasurable things such as social media mindless scrolling, sugar, tobacco, drugs, alcohol to name a few.
What is a Heart-Wall?
The Heart-Wall is an invisible barrier that protects one from experiencing emotional pain like he / she has in the past. By having a heart wall will mean you will protect yourself from feeling a broken heart again (although your heart may still be mildly broken from your past experience)
The Heart-Wall is made from layers of trapped emotions and energies including, sickness memories, memories, images, to name a few creating layers in the heart-wall.
A Heart-Wall is often created in response to emotional distress. The subconscious mind may use pre-existing trapped emotions to form the wall. A heart-wall can be useful and help one get through a tough or traumatic time, but can affect you in the long term, interfering with love, growth, success and happiness.
How can a Heart-Wall affect your life?
Having a wall around your heart can affect your life in all areas, growth, happiness, success, abundance, it can also prevent you from wanting a healthy and loving relationship with yourself and others.
A heart-wall can affect your intuition, create a feeling of disconnection within yourself, depression, anxiety, create physical issues such as discomfort in the back, neck, jaw, shoulder, chest, no zest for life.
By feeling or being blocked from feeling positive you may find yourself feeling lost and stuck.

How to remove a Heart Wall
We believe that the ‘building material’ of a Heart-Wall is energy — specifically Trapped Emotions. The problem is that the Heart-Wall can stick with you even after the heartache has passed, and you no longer need that protection. Think of living with a Heart-Wall as living in a bomb shelter; it’s necessary short-term to protect you while the ‘bombs’ are falling, but if you continue to live in there you’ll likely feel sad, disconnected, frustrated, and you could even end up with more problems down the road.
The good news is that the Heart-Wall can be removed, one emotion at a time. This can free you to live from your heart, create abundance, and find true love. And isn’t that what life is all about?”
